20 years in the future the world is a wasteland, run to the ground by corporations who care about nothing but profit. Their selfishness has laid waste to society and they must pay. A special breed of outlaws sets out to exact vengeance from these white collar criminals, and they dispatch their victims in the most creative and bloody ways possible. Top assassin Mary Death (Christian Pitre) is as beautiful as she is lethal, but her main rival, the mysterious Drifter (Matthew Marsden), is setting the bar pretty high in this vicious game of revenge.
In the year 2042, CEO’s are making a killing. It’s time to return the favor.
Bounty Killer was based on a 2013 Kickstart Comics graphic novel written by Jason Dodson and illustrated by Henry Saine. However, the idea was originally explored as a cartoon and a short film in 2011.

My thoughts… I loved Bounty Killer! In fact, I declared it my favorite film of 2013! It delivers plenty of John Woo-styled gunplay, well-choreographed fight scenes and over-the-top Road Warrior-inspired action sequences! Oh, and Christian Pitre is insanely sexy and bad-ass as Mary Death!
