Kiss of Vengeance (2013) is a short Tex-Mex action film written and directed by Fernando Berreda Luna for Nopal Army and Digifilms. Starring Angelica Celaya, Eddie Fernandez, Peter Jang, Rafael Amaya, Eduardo Roman, Caitlin Dechelle, and Naila Gonzalez. Kiss of Vengeance is “inspired by 80’s mexican exploitation movies, mixed with Western and Kung Fu.”

A sexy and mysterious female assassin begins a war against the Mexican drug cartel that is responsible of her family’s massacre.

Girls, guns or zombies? Bad-ass Mexican girls and guns, knives and swords!

My thoughts… Kiss of Vengeance is a stunning blast of bad-ass “Mexploitation”! This film is highly recommended if you like the grindhouse-inspired revenge films of Robert Rodriguez [El Mariachi (1992), Desperado (1995)] or Quentin Tarantino [Kill Bill: Vol. 1 (2003), Kill Bill: Vol. 2 (2004)]!
