My thoughts… Batgirl Rises is a well-done character study that chronicles the origin of these two Gotham girls with Vincent Tran’s unique twist. I love that Harley Quinn is depicted as such a sympathetic character! She’s intelligent but, of course, she’s crazy, too – crazy in love!
