Agnela-02

Agnela was an all-female Brazilian pop/rock band from Rio de Janeiro, formed in 2008. They were Deia Cassali (vocals), Millah Bass (bass), Nat Vittori (guitar), Betah Soares (guitar), and Loma Longotano (drums). Agnela disbanded in 2013 after Deia Cassali left to pursue a solo career.

Selected discography:

Podia Ser (2009). 15 tracks. Choice cuts: “Podia Ser”, “Querendo Falar”. Other good cuts: “Eu Preciso”, “Seu Amigo Beija Bem”, “Sem Voce”, “Subliminar”, “Alguem que Sou”, “Suas Mentiras”, “Recado pra Voce”, “Te Ver Adormecer”, “Eu nao sei Dizer”, “Meu Ex-Violao”. The rest: “Velho Ditado”, “Falta”, “Podia Ser (Acustica)”.

Selected videos:

My thoughts… Agnela is recommended for fans of fans of Brazilian pop/rock band CW7. Both bands are fronted by beautiful women with amazing voices. However, Agnela is more rock, while CW7 is more pop.
